Non-Disclosure Agreement

Keep ideas safe while we talk.

This mutual non-disclosure agreement protects confidential information when we explore your product, service or internal plans together.

Last Updated: 18/11/2025

The NDA is written in plain English and set up as a mutual agreement, so it protects both your information and ours.

How the NDA works

1

Download and fill in

Download the NDA and add your company or trading name and any other details where marked.

2

Send it back to us

Email the completed but unsigned NDA to us so we can review the details and confirm we are happy with them.

3

Sign and countersign

We will sign the agreement and return a copy for you to countersign, so both sides hold the same final version.

What the NDA actually covers

The NDA is designed for the kind of work we do at Reignite. It covers the information that usually comes up when you are shaping or fixing digital products and services.

  • Product, service and roadmap ideas that are not yet public.
  • Internal processes, delivery issues and ways of working.
  • Commercial details such as pricing, forecasts and budgets.
  • Customer, supplier or partner information that is not publicly available.
  • Any documents, decks, screenshots or notes you choose to share with us.

What it does not cover

The NDA does not treat information as confidential if it was already public, already known to the receiving party, received from someone else who was allowed to share it, or developed independently without using confidential information.

It is a standard commercial NDA, not a bespoke legal opinion. If you need something tailored to a specific situation, you should speak to your legal adviser.

Not sure if you need an NDA?

If you are unsure whether you need to sign the NDA before talking to us, get in touch. We are happy to work with your own agreement if you prefer, or explain how ours works in more detail.
