Local Hello Offer Terms
This section applies only while the Local Hello Offer is live and slots remain.
- The discount is 50% off one (1) project per business.
- Offer strictly limited to 16 total slots. First come, first served.
- Available only to businesses primarily based within 5 miles of Ilkley town centre: Ilkley, Ben Rhydding, Burley-in-Wharfedale, Menston, Addingham, Middleton.
- The agreed project price, before applying the 50% discount, must not exceed £5,000.
- Reignite reserves the right to decline any application for any reason, including if the project scope or value is deemed disproportionate to the intent of this local offer.
- Cannot be used with any other discount, including charity/non-profit concessions.
- The project scope, price and payment schedule must be agreed in writing before work begins.
- Reignite may decline an application if eligibility cannot be reasonably demonstrated.
- Reignite may withdraw or pause the offer at any point before booking confirmation.
- We may update, extend or close the Local Hello Offer at any time. Changes will not affect projects already agreed in writing under the offer.
- The offer applies only to the agreed project and does not apply to future work.
- For this specific project, total liability is strictly capped at the total fees actually paid by the client to Reignite.
If these offer terms conflict with any other promotional terms, the Local Hello Offer terms take precedence for that project only.
